Rosy Balderas brings an array of expertise in sales to the information technology industry and the services (shipping) industry. She has held positions as a sales
training specialist, account executive, and technical systems field support.
Rosy began her career as a sales process trainer and coach with Solution Selling® in 1996. While with Solution Selling®, she helped organizations with difficult-to-sell
products implement a corporate-wide sales process. Some of the companies she has worked with include Microsoft, Portal Software, Macro 4, Salesforce.com, SeeBeyond,
Healthwise, Business Objects, Symantec, NEC Systems, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, DirectFit, Group1 Software, Rockwell, Oracle de Mexico and many more.
In 2002, Rosy started her own business offering sales process training. She is a Licensed
CustomerCentric Selling® Affiliate and will focus her efforts in helping organizations to implement a repeatable sales methodology that is in synch with their marketing, through the use of the Customer
Centric Selling™ sales methodology. In addition, due to her background, she will bring her expertise to Minority Owned business organizations. She is an active member of the Latin Business Association
, Toastmasters International, and the California Alumni Association.
Rosy has a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration, from the California State
University, San Marcos. She is 100% fluent in Spanish and is currently working toward her Data Warehouse Mining and Business Intelligence certificate at the University of Berkeley.
