Robert A Lapinski, RPh earned his BS degree in pharmaceutical science and started a career in
sales immediately following his university work. After 8 months "in the field" he ended his 1st year at 125% of quota in the #1 district in America for Abbott Labs.
He soon moved into retail management where he gained extensive experience in marketing, operational tactics, business strategizing and customer/employee relations.
Lapinski founded his 1st corporation in 1982 and acquired a 2nd in 1993. He currently serves as President/CFO of both businesses, employing 25 people with sales of over $5 million.
Thru an invitation from Mike Bosworth, Bob became involved with sales training in Feb. 1997 and since that time has been worked with Bosworth & Kenny Selling as a consultant, workshop manager/instructor with
CustomerCentric Systems worldwide. Lapinski brings to the classroom real world CEO/CFO perspectives, as well as people handling skills developed over 29 years in business.
