Pierre Bourque practices the CustomerCentric Selling® principles he preaches. He's been affiliated with the CustomerCentric Selling® Group since 1999 and has extensive CustomerCentric Selling® experience as a coach/consultant in both North America and Europe. As the operator of his own successful media business, he uses CustomerCentric Selling® each and every day to grow his company. Based in Ottawa, Canada, Bourque is an online pioneer, considered to be one of the 50 top international names to know in new media by USC's Online Journalism Review. As the operator of Bourque.Com, Canada's Online News Authority, he has been at the forefront of internet developments since the early 1990's. Bourque is also an accomplished writer. His journalism has appeared in USA Today, Wired.Com, Industry Standard, National Post, Toronto Sun, and The Hill Times. He is also the author of four books, including Car Buying Online for Dummies and Government Online in Canada, the only Canadian book to feature a Foreword by Canada's Prime Minister. From 1979 to 1990, Bourque was a formula race car driver who competed internationally across North America and Europe.

Bourque was a candidate for Parliament in 1993 and is a former Alderman in Ottawa, Canada's Capital. He coaches CustomerCentric Selling in both English and French.
