Mike Struzik has over twenty-five years of experience in business covering financial services, information technology, retail sales, instructional design and training.
In 1986, Mike became the Vice President of Sales and Management Development Training for the second largest savings bank in the United States. Having acquired an instructional
design capability, he and his group designed and delivered over 50 different classes, workshops and seminars. His course design, consulting and training activities have
included retail and wholesale bank financial products and services, information systems, securities, mortgage lending, private banking, consumer lending and corporate
reengineering. In 1992, he won the Service Award for Course Design from the American Society for Training and Development.
Since 1994, Mike has specialized as a Sales Process Consultant focusing on financial services and technology companies. He has consulted to, designed and delivered sales, marketing and management programs for both
vertical industries worldwide. He is co-author of Creating True Sales Cultures in Financial Services.
A Certified Solution Selling® Affiliate, he is qualified to conduct a complete range of
Solution Selling® seminars, workshops and consulting services through his work with The Bosworth – Kenney Group and his own firm, No
Boundary Learning, in San Diego. To date, Mike has delivered programs to over 20,000 participants.
