Kristine Haselsteiner has been a skilled practitioner of CustomerCentric Selling® in a variety of selling and consultative environments. In 1998 Haselsteiner opened up the European market for Open
Text Corporation. Using CustomerCentric Selling® techniques, she reduced a historical 10 month average sales cycle in half while simultaneously achieving better than 200% of her
sales revenue targets. In addition to the technology arena, Haselsteiner has built strong business relationships with clients in government, NGOs, the insurance industry, a major
American religious organization, and many other sectors. In 1999 she formed 9thBox.Com, Inc., specializing in helping businesses improve revenue through assessment and transitioning
of sales to a business environment with a common set of definable and measurable processes. Haselsteiner has worked with The CustomerCentric Selling® Group since 1998. Her coaching
and consultative duties in both English and French have taken her throughout North America, Europe, and as far away as South Africa. Haselsteiner is a graduate of Carleton University in Ottawa.
