Harry France
draws on 25 years experience as a sales and marketing executive, working with major technology companies in Canada and the United States selling to multiple vertical markets. He was
employed at leading software companies including Mercury Interactive Canada, Merant Canada, Lawson Software, BCE Emergis, Seer Technologies Inc., Amdahl Canada and
Software AG of Canada. Harry has utilized the Customer Centric Selling approach within these companies as a successful sales strategy.
Before he joined Customer Centric Selling, Harry was the Canadian Country Manager for
Mercury Interactive for six years, growing revenues by 60% annually. With responsibility for the growth and success of the Canadian operation, he created a strong sales force and
implemented Customer Centric Selling. This sales approach helped grow the organization from $2.8 million to over $30.0 million in six years.
Harry was the VP of Canadian Sales for Merant Canada, a software and professional services provider for
middleware and application development tools including configuration/change management solutions. He was
employed as the Country Manager at Lawson Software, a company that focuses in the ERP and Human Resources
applications arena. While employed at BCE Emergis as the Director of Business Development, he created and rolled out their Target One solution, a package oriented towards customer relationship management,
personalization for web sites, customer tracking and buying behaviors as well as lead generation for cross selling new and existing product lines within the financial sector.
Early in his career, he was the Country Manager for Amdahl Canada’s software division and the Country Manager
for Seer Technologies. He was the third employee hired at Software AG Canada, a company that grew to over 125
employees in ten short years. Here he served in a variety of positions including Director of Marketing, Senior Account Executive and Canadian Sales Manager.
Harry’s continued success has generated over $50.0 million is sales revenues during his career. He is a member
of the Technology Steering Committee for a local Community College and maintains a Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Conestoga College.
