Dennis Michael Nulman Ph.D. has been involved with CustomerCentric Selling® since 1997. He has an appointment as a full professor at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Dennis’ doctorate studies emphasized educational psychology and
learning theory. He utilizes an orientation to organizational change and the development of training activities for business that is a synthesis of theories of human learning, cognition,
instructional strategies, human factors and modern analytic research methodologies.
In addition to his work with CustomerCentric Selling, Dr. Nulman has been retained by
diverse organizations including such private companies as IBM, AT&T, and Contel; and public agencies including the Ministry of Education, Costa Rica and California's Department
of Education. He has been called upon for his ability to create and execute strategies to enhance the effectiveness of implementation strategies and products; for the resolution of
impediments to the acquisition of new information and skills; and adaptation to organizational structure.
