Alberto Gomez
has over 12 years experience as a sales and marketing executive in some of the leading multinational companies, such as Gillette, McCann-Erickson and Philip Morris in Spain and Portugal.
In 1999 he helped found SPELL Management International, a marketing and sales consulting firm where as Managing Partner he works with Spanish clients wanting to expand internationally, as well as international firms wishing to penetrate the Spanish and Spanish speaking countries. SPELL offers unique expertise, particularly in the arena of telecoms, software and e-business. SPELL also has extensive clientele in the consumer products marketplace.
Additionally, since 2000, he has also worked as Senior International Consultant for Corporate Solutions, specialising in international consultancy for enterprise development and innovation within developing countries. Alberto has extensive expertise in the design and delivery of tailor-made training courses and Seminars in sales and marketing, enterprise competitiveness and innovation and technology development.
Alberto also teaches International Marketing and Innovation Marketing at the Escuela de Proyectos Internacionales, Madrid. His credentials reflect theoretical grounding that he has enriched with his successful career in sales and marketing as a results oriented business man. Alberto has a University Degree is Economics (BSc), from Alicante University ESCE., and an MSc in Business Management and Economics at ICADE Madrid Business School.
He is a member Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of the UK.
Besides Spanish, his mother tongue, he is fluent in English, Portuguese and has a good knowledge of French.
